The staff were very nice, rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. Easy to find, clean, new, good location and the children loved it. The continental breakfast which allowed me to make waffles as well as the standard fare-cereal, fruit coffee and juice. Liked the coffee pot in room so could make coffee first thing upon awakening. Friendly front desk staff (except for a lady whose body language was terrible), free wi-fi internet. all reviews »
The pools and helpful staff advising on eating places in Old Town. Clients in other rooms were quiet.The rooms were a good size. Cost, location. Fridge provided. Came back from a visit to Sea World night show and could not find a parking place in the hotel parking lot, luckily an employee was leaving and I got that spot, otherwise I would have no idea where to park since my room was already paid for.Breakfast below par. Area for breakfast was too small and crowded.Parking on the other side of the hotel. Very hard matresses,pillows well worn and flat,microwave provided but noPlates,utensils,cups etc so what was the point of microwave. There was not internet at the front desk for the guests without laptop.
