  Our grandchildren ages 8 and 12 absolutely love the pool and beach. We were taking pictures of their sand castles well after dark on a Saturday night. We have stayed at Sandcastle several times before this trip during spring break. Personally, I like the luxurious comfortable bedding, the upgraded kitchens, and comfortable decor of the doub... what people say » le bedroom units. The restaurant food was tasty and satisfying; the kids menu (espcially the macaroni and cheese) was very good, too. - I enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area and I like the proximity to Seattle, Bellingham and Vancouver. My mother has dementia and the staff are exceptional with her and it is one of the few places we can go to get away where we do not have to worry about her. She is comfortable in the suites and it is nice to have the two bathrooms

  The staff was great very friendly and helpful. Amber at the front dest was great and Paige in housekeeping was the best. She went above and beyond trying to make our stay comfortable. She helped out trying to clean up the very smoking room we had to stay one night in.   The ac in the first room we were given was not working properly. Called down to the desk and they moved us to another room and it was fine. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and the bathroom had a great heat lamp and fan! Also, my friend forgot her toothbrush and they had one for her. I was very thankful to be given a bottom floor room, as requested, for my mom who is unable to go up stairs and has a hard time walking. The breakfast was nice.

  This is a great place to stay. It's a bit away from the city center but they have a shuttle every 30 mins to and from several places in the town ands are flexible about pick up points if they are able to be. Breakfast is buffet and quite adequate with good coffee. Rooms are a good size, clean with bathroom and coffee bar, tv and all the usual bits... what people say » . Lake view is best and they will move you there if unavailable at time of booking but comes available later, if you ask. Very helpful, professional s - Location was convenient and they had a free area shuttle. Rooms were fairly large and they had 2 sinks, one inside the bathroom, 1 outside. Breakfast was great and the room where it was served was very nice with a great view. Parking garage and free onsite parking was great. Beds were comfortable. Every room has a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Area shuttle drops you off at Seattle Center, Pikes Place Market or Pioneer Square.
