  Staff was great. We had a lot of luggage and a car to return. Gave us easy directions to rental car facility, we hopped on the rental shuttle back to the terminal and John picked us up and stopped by two restaurants to check on wait times. We had an excellent meal and John returned and was waiting when we lef - The entire staff (Bruce, Maik, Dave and housekeeping) is absolutely delightful, considerate and go out of their way to make our entire stay comfortable. On our last day, we deposited our suitcases to the front desk in the morning and asked them to drive the suitcases in the hotel shuttle and picked us up from the Link Light Rail station at the end of the day and head straight to the airport to save time.   Our grandchildren ages 8 and 12 absolutely love the pool and beach. We were taking pictures of their sand castles well after dark on a Saturday night. We have stayed at Sandcastle several times before this trip during spring break. Personally, I like the luxurious comfortable bedding, the upgraded kitchens, and comfortable decor of the doub... what people say » le bedroom units. The restaurant food was tasty and satisfying; the kids menu (espcially the macaroni and cheese) was very good, too. - I enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area and I like the proximity to Seattle, Bellingham and Vancouver. My mother has dementia and the staff are exceptional with her and it is one of the few places we can go to get away where we do not have to worry about her. She is comfortable in the suites and it is nice to have the two bathrooms

The staff were friendly and gave us directions to the Ferris Wheel. This hotel was in the perfect location, you could walk to wherever you wanted to go.   The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The area around the hotel has lots to offer. When he found out why I was there. He gave us a upgrade plus a great deal on the room. He said That he wanted us to have a great time.   Great wireless so i was able to work while there. Terrific place, roomy clean and a great location for us to visit our children - The receptionist made a wonderful recommendation to visit Crystal Mountain which was the highlight of the trip.
