  Thank you sooooo very much. I had to cancel the first night's stay. I booked with you and everyone else was jealous of my room rate. I asked the Gentleman from India for a cot for my daughter and it arrived at my room before I did. He gave me a menu to order pizza just as I mentioned to my family that we should order something. Thank you. - Everything had a touch of class, from the person at the desk to the quietness of the elevators, to the room appointments. The person attending the breakfast (which had waffles to granola, fresh fruit) was like a dancer, efficient movements, never in the way, cleaning and restocking. I will stay here again--easy access to the city center and the interstates.

  The setting a Opryland is just phenomonal. The price is really not badwhen you consider what you stay in and the availability of shopping,restaurants and lush grounds all available in ac.   I thought it was new, modern and very clean. The staff was always really friendly. We had never been to Nashville before and didn't want to spend our money on an expensive hotel downtown. We drove in and had a car and could not have been more pleased with the hotel along with the closeness to the city - The hotel was right off the Interstate, ... what people say » very convenient. We arrived to Nashville about 10:15pm without any reservations. We booked through letsbookhotel.com while in the parking lot! Our room was large, clean, and inviting. Our desk clerk, Deidre, was awesome in handling a minor snafu on check-in.

  My fiancé and I stayed in the Comfort Inn Downtown in Nashville had a brilliant stay. Although it is around 10 minutes walk into the main streets, we found this to be to our liking and loved the quiet location. Highly recommended! - This hotel was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was walking distance to downtown (we walk a lot), the breakfast area and options were excellent, the pool was clean, comfortable bed and staff excellent. We had an issue with a bathroom light and they came and replaced it within an hour! Great price and perfect for budget watchers!

  Everything was great the food was excellent and the lounge was very inviting and cheap drinks. Staff was polite except for one front desk person. The shuttle to and from downtown Nashville was a huge help, although we did have to use a cab a few times because of traffic put the drivers behind when they had to do airport pick ups. I would also lilke to say the police officers working the parking lot - We thought the hotel was about the best bang for your buck around! While it is not within walking distance to the city, the free shuttle that ran every 30 minutes or so dropped you anywhere. Staff was pleasant, room was clean & comfy, and the breakfast was yummy.

  Location was excellent for our purpose . Some of the displays indicated appreciation from several military gatherings and as a veteran I was honored to see them. Very pretty overall in design and landscaping with courtyard pool and flowers and umbrellas and a gazebo - just a pleasant place to spend a couple of days while my husband was in meetings. Good bed and linen - Everyone was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. It was a great deal for the price. The breakfast was good. We had one problem-there was a little bit of mold in our bathroom above the shower due to poor ventilation in that room. I expressed my concern because I was wheezing and they moved us immediately to another room. We had a great rest of the stay. I would stay there again. It was clean and the pillow we awesome!!!

  We loved having the shuttle to the Grand Old Opry, Opry Mills Mall, the Gaylord Opryland Resort, and downtown to the Ryman and the Wildhorse Saloon and other honky tonks! It saved us from having to sort all that out for ourselves. The shuttle drivers were wonderfully helpful and very friendly. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, each person was willing to share some history on Tennessee and some fun spots! All are exceptional!

Their lobby was set up very well with brochures, coupons etc. I wanted a hotel that was close to The Grand Ole Opry and it was easy to get to from this hotel, so no disappointments there. - Staff was great.
