  Thank you sooooo very much. I had to cancel the first night's stay. I booked with you and everyone else was jealous of my room rate. I asked the Gentleman from India for a cot for my daughter and it arrived at my room before I did. He gave me a menu to order pizza just as I mentioned to my family that we should order something. Oooh The bed, was s... what people say » oooo comfortable ! We got the wake up call we asked for. Thank you , I will choose this Hotel again. Thank you. - Everything had a touch of class, from the person at the desk to the quietness of the elevators, to the room appointments. The person attending the breakfast (which had waffles to granola, fresh fruit) was like a dancer, efficient movements, never in the way, cleaning and restocking. I will stay here again--easy access to the city center and the interstates.

  I thought it was new, modern and very clean. The staff was always really friendly. We had never been to Nashville before and didn't want to spend our money on an expensive hotel downtown. We drove in and had a car and could not have been more pleased with the hotel along with the closeness to the city - The hotel was right off the Interstate, ... what people say » very convenient. We arrived to Nashville about 10:15pm without any reservations. We booked through letsbookhotel.com while in the parking lot! Our room was large, clean, and inviting. Our desk clerk, Deidre, was awesome in handling a minor snafu on check-in.

  My fiancé and I stayed in the Comfort Inn Downtown in Nashville had a brilliant stay. Although it is around 10 minutes walk into the main streets, we found this to be to our liking and loved the quiet location. Highly recommended! - This hotel was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was walking distance to downtown (we walk a lot), the breakfast area and options were excellent, the pool was clean, comfortable bed and staff excellent. We had an issue with a bathroom light and they came and replaced it within an hour! Great price and perfect for budget watchers!

  Everything was great the food was excellent and the lounge was very inviting and cheap drinks. Staff was polite except for one front desk person. The shuttle to and from downtown Nashville was a huge help, although we did have to use a cab a few times because of traffic put the drivers behind when they had to do airport pick ups. I would also lilke to say the police officers working the parking lot - We thought the hotel was about the best bang for your buck around! While it is not within walking distance to the city, the free shuttle that ran every 30 minutes or so dropped you anywhere. Staff was pleasant, room was clean & comfy, and the breakfast was yummy.

  Overall our stay was very pleasant. I am not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from but we did not have any issues with this hotel. The staff was very friendly. We stayed three nights and asked that we not be disturbed and they granted that request. When we needed towels they were given. Right on the Parkway. The site said continental brea... what people say » kfast. If anyone knows what that is then you will know that they really didn't even have to provide the waffles. The breakfast area was small but we w - It`s conviently located, great views, still be remodeled from being bought from Family Inns so the room my brother and I stayed in hadn`t been redone yet. The bathroom has some minor needed repairs the bath tub shower didn`t work could only take baths not showers the walls need some minor repairs, the carpet needs replacing but overall it was an awesome room and clean. Would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

  Ther room was very nice although I did request a smoking room. It was nice enough outside to smoke so no big deal. The cleaning staff accidentially threw away a souvineer but the desk clerk was very nice about it. I stopped in when I checked out to leave my contact number and he gave me the money for the item that was lost. It wasn't an expens... what people say » ive item but I appreciated the kindness. - we went to pigeon forege to scatter my brothers ashes. my mom is on oxygen. the staff at this hotel was over exceptional. i really appreciate the hospitality we were given. as a rule when we go to a hotel with my mom it is a hassle, that was not the case at this place at all. thank you again. we will definately stay with you all again.

  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. The price for this hotel was pretty good in comparison to others around it... what people say » of similar quality. I would stay there again for sure. - We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

I expressed my concern because I was wheezing and they moved us immediately to another room. We had a great rest of the stay. I would stay there again. It was clean and the pillow we awesome!!!
