  The suite was very spacious for me and my 17 and 13-year-old sons. The breakfast buffet they offer was delicious! They have everything from juices, cereals, muffins and hot items as well. The boys loved to work out in the exercise room and then go swimming in their indoor pool too. They even offered me coupons for places to dine. - Great location, very friendly helpful staff. Thought I lost our gps and called from the road. They went right down and checked the room. Couldn't find it. Turned out it was in our luggage. Called back to let them know I appreciated their help.

  The whole experience, albeit just for one night, was comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful when asking about getting to Mt. Rushmore. I would recommend it anytime. - Location was wonderful, right down town Keystone. Made it easy to go with the family. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and kind.

  The motel was centrally located to what we wanted to do. It was a nice motel. The front desk staff were very nice. The lady that checked us out was excellent.   We upgraded to a small suite when we got there so that we could have a view of Mt. Rushmore and a balcony. It was worth the money and very accommodating. The hotel was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Keystone and a short drive to the monument.   This motel was quite a surprise. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The lady at the desk(didn't get her name) was great. A pleasure to deal with someone so nice. This was one of the best places we stay at on our trip of 2 weeks.Some we paid twice as much and those should have been boarded up,,,really - The hotel was 1 block away from downtown. Shopping and restaurants were very close. There were many day excursions to see - Crazy Horse memorial, Crystal Caves, Mount Rushmore and the Nature Drive that will thrill families. The staff were excellent!

  Do not be put off by first apperances, the Inn looked like it was an army barracks at first with it's matt red doors and railings, but we had a room with balcony that had very nice views. Rooms were very good and clean. The staff were superb and very helpful. The outdoor pool was a good size with it's own supply of towels and was very quiet and cl... what people say » ean. Rapid City is an excellent place to stay, downtown with it's small individual shops and bars are a delight. Go to the beer bar in Main Street. To - I loved how clean and comfortable the hotel was. They gave us a $5 coupon for breakfast at the restaurant on property and the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if in the area.
