  Well run by friendly and helpful people. The building is a bit weathered but everything is neat, clean and comfortable. I was without a car but luckily Newport, beaches and restaurants are all within walking distance.   The quiet room. The comfortable bed. The cleanliness of our room and the inn. The comfort of the bed and the temperature of the room. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating---they were able to suggest a way to get to downtown without taking our van even though the commuter rail was not running. - We fly into TF Green at least once ... what people say » a year, spending a Thurs. night and a Sunday night at one of the close by airport hotels.   There was a glitch in our reservation upon arrival, with the wrong date of arrival having been entered. Bianca on the front desk went above and beyond to solve that problem. She has great people skills. Shuttle service was offered until 11 pm and was perfect for our needs.   Location is terrific. Design of building takes advantage of harbor side location. Convenient to walking the town & to public transportation. Nice hotel shop with reasonable prices. - The location was perfect. We took the trolley tour which was right next door. The restaurant and bar had good food and reasonable prices.

  The young man at the desk was so polite and was so helpful. The room was very clean & comfortable, no smoking room was exactly that no smoke oder. The early breakfast 4:30 am was perfect for our early flight We give it Five stars plus We plan to stay at this comfort inn each time we travel this location - I thought the staff was superb-- frie... what people say » ndly and efficient. Couldn't have asked for better. I also liked the 24 hour airport shuttle. It was a plus that breakfast started at 4:30 a.m. I had an early flight, and was able to get a cup of cofee before I left.
