  This hotel was in an excellent location, right across the street from the beach. Everything was very close, the Mansions were right up the street, as well as the Cliff Walk and many restaurants were within walking distance. Downtown Newport was only a few minutes drive, as well. Quiet, view of beach. Coffee 24 hrs.in lobby. Breadfast servered at 7am. Plenty of food to choose from. Had a great visit. Everyone very friendly, and the pool was a great asset after spending a few hours on the beach. Awesome!!

  I know it was for the people taking early flights, but having breakfast available really early before our running event was excellent! - Clean, comfortable, non-smoking room. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice selection of breakfast food. Would stay here again.

  The Christopher Dodge House is just such a cosy place to stay at with ataff that really makes you feel welcome, I fell in love with it as soon as I walked through the door! The room we had was really lovely with a fireplace and lot attention to detail. The dinining room is just such an amazing and inviting place with high ceilings and brick walls... what people say » . We did not mind the traffic outside at all as the beautiful setting and the reallc nice staff made up for i - We have been travelling all over the world with a family of four (adults plus daughters of 17 and 19) and Christopher Dodge has definitely been one of the best places to stay. Really helpful, pleasant and professional staff, nice clean premises, excellent breakfast and most of all a cosy, homely feeling. Since the location was great as well with walkig distance to the centre of Providence this all made for a great stay. Thank you, all at Christopher Dodge!
