  I had a reservation at Red Roof Inn which they did not honor. The Red Roof staff was most unhelpful. letsbookhotel.com found us a room at Days Inn. We were very tired and aggravated.   The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nicely presented, very plentiful and very tasty. But the amenity that was the most helpful was the free shuttle from the hotel to local destinations.   The staff was unbelievablely attentive to our every need and the person that cleaned our room was wonderful. That person added little touches such as: arranging the stuffed animals on the children's pillows that they won at Hershey Park.   Chris at the Concierge area is the best hotel concierge I have ever dealt with in 20+ years of extensive travelling around the world. This guy has it down, energy, smile, dedication, fast accurate answers, and frankly was the reason I stayed at this hotel (after a phone call interacting with him).   The hotel is beautiful, the lobby dome used to be a bank in 1900. Breakfast staff was excellent! We got a good rate with breakfast included with booking. Great location. - downtown location is great. Close to shopping, theaters, historical district and transportation. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

  Room was very nice, as were the staff. We were only a mile from Gettysburg, so the location was great. Nice continental breakfast. Also, fresh coffee was available in the lobby at all times. Also offered free shuttle service into Gettysburg if needed. Motel was easy to find and on a direct route to the center of town. Several restaurants were nearby as was Walmart and a shopping center. Being the off-season, the price was quite reasonable. I was very pleased with my stay at the Gettysburg Days Inn.

  I stayed for one night. Vehicular access to the hotel was very easy and close to main city expressways. The parking lot was ordinary but access-controllable.   We loved the comfort of the king size bed. Having a kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook in or bring back leftovers to reheat in the oven or microwave. My husband could watch TV in the livingroom while I had the TV in the bedroom. - Everyone was wonderful at the AKA. The location was Fantastic!

  Everything was excellent. wonderful stuff, clean, comfy room, comfy beds. In the front desk there was a guy named Jack and he was super kind and friendly.. And the pool area was amazing my girls really enjoyed it. - Mostly clean, Nice bed, Clean bathroom. Staff was very nice and friendly.

  I have stayed at 4 star hotels there were not as clean and comfortable as the Hampton Inn Phila/ Willow Grove. All staff very accommodating. You should not advertise this as a 21/2 star hotel ....luxury linens were great ....most travelers want to sink in clean comfy bed and bathroom.....this has it !
