  The staff was quite helpful, and the manager seemed to have the solution to any issue that came up at her fingertips. It was a quite pleasant trip thanks to her, and the whole staff was focused on making sure we were satisfied the whole time. The staff was friendly and personable right down to the cashier at the store in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean. It wasn't even a big deal but obviously - We liked everything about this hotel. From the clean, spacious room to the friendly courteous staff, the excellent food at the 2 restaurants, and the proximity to the subway. We attended the Army Navy game, and we intend to return to Philadelphia and will definitely stay at The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center!
