  The staff members were very friendly and competent. There was a small glitch checking in, but the problem was resolved immediately, professionally, and completely to my satisfaction. I don't expect mistakes or problems never to occur; rather, I expect businesses to respond to problems and mistakes immediately and professionally! The room was just perfect and everything was lovely and clean..as was the hotel lobby and all other areas of the hotel.Would definately recommend this hotel to family and friends.   The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fantastic. The on-site restaurant was very good. The highlight of the hotel was the indoor pool with slides1.   The hotel was clean and kept up, only a couple years old and it shows! I stayed two nights but not in a row. Both times I had my 1and 3 year old with me by myself. We booked the 1 bed king whirlpool, pull out bed room. It was the biggest they had and was super spacious for my little ones to play around and be kids. (Half of our luggage consisted o... what people say » f toys) Even enough room left over for this single mom to get some much needed relaxation in! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were - To be real honest, there was absolutely nothing I didn't like. Location, Staff, accommodations (King bed very comfortable.), room size, and breakfast area and food, all very well presented and organized. Keep up the Great Work!
