I'm always in a rush in the morning when I travel for business so I really appreciated the quick continental style breakfast available at the lobby bar. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is a little dated, especially in the bathrooms, but is very clean, and very well taken care of. The room rates are very reasonable.

  Everything. Great price, great location. Room was very nice. Bathroom and kitchenette were doable but they could of used some updating in our room. Had a great stay and hope to go back soon. - I enjoyed the ameneties in the room. Full size fridge, stove, microwave. The restaurant was very reasonable.   We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff was very nice especially the doorman he made us feel right at home. I can not sleep without a white noise and they searched high and low to find me a fan that I think came from an employee's office. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the service was excellent.

One shuttle driver went put of way when our car was out of gas. He took us to gas station to get some gas and then assisted us with putting on tank.   One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel.
