  The location was excellent and so very beautiful. Loved the Marginal Way walk watching the sun come up and all the beautiful rocks and waves. Also loved so much the huge beach at low tide where we could walk for miles. The town is wonderful! Glad that we went off season, too. Could enjoy our walks in town and gift shopping without crowds.   We loved our little cabin in the woods. So clean. And the location was great for driving to many of the special little towns in coastal Maine. And the service was great - our ceiling fan quit working. As soon as we called to report it, staff was sent to repair it.   I loved how immaculate and well maintained our one-bedroom suite was. It was very lovely and inviting. We were across the street from a leisurely path to Marginal Way and to the beach, across the street from the trolley which would take us to more shops and restaurants downtown, and within walking distance of many places to eat and shop. Our room was an Upper Beach Room which had a distant view of the beach across the parking lot. If you are able to and there is availability, we strongly suggest that you book a close up water view. Do try the Lobster Rolls! - Sni was beautiful, had excellent food and very friendly staff. It was very clean, comfortable and well-run. Free cookies, coffee, hot chocolate, cider, and other beverages were provided daily for free. We had the Bed & Breakfast package with a full breakfast buffet daily. Two really good restaurants. It's in a lovely setting right on the water. Unfortunately, we were there in mid-fall. I'd definitely go back during a summer.

  The resort felt like a true New England Resort. I loved that it was removed from the hustle and bustle. The grounds were impeccably maintained. The into town was convenient and fun!! - Great facilities with lots of recreation options including heated fresh water pool, salt water pool and hot tub right on the ocean. Room was superb.

  This is a very nice place to stay. The resort like most in the area is older and doesn't have the same accomodations as the new hotels but that is not why we wanted to stay here. The staff was friendly and the food was good. She gave pretty good area recommendations and was always willing to answer questions. We got a good deal on a room for a week-long trip, much less expensive than some of the inns/cottages closer to Kennebunkport, and walking-distan... what people say » ce to the beach!
