Hotel has great room for continental breakfast, clean and staffed making sure everything is stocked and working. Maid staff and front desk very friendly. Would definitely go back. - I was there for the mdi marathon. They moved up the breakfast so that they marathoners could still eat it. I thought that took some foresight and was very considerate. The location was excellent. I also liked the sheet that was handed out that told you favorite places in town. It was honestly a very good experience!

The room (cottage style), was a bit small, but sparkling clean, comfortable and with windows in front and back which provided plenty of light. Breakfast was also great with a variety of cereals, juice, fruit, toast, pastries, yogurt, etc. I would stay in this place again and again.

  When I called to let them know I'd arrive late, call was answered promptly, Lisa identified herself by name and I was assured it was no problem (and it wasn't a problem - she left that message at the desk as she said she would.)   The staff was so accommodating and kind. We had excellent advice from Bob, the shuttle driver, for dinners and things to do for three woman on the town. He never steered us wrong. The front desk helped us with driving directions to Boston. That made our day trip so easy. The lobby breakfast had a little of everything. We loved the coffee and tea bar to fill up with before our morning excursions. - The hotel was well situated for all tourist attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was also a shuttle bus available to collect people from restaurants in Portland- we did not use this but would be useful in bad weather
