  We just stop for one night. We park our car close to our room. Even we get room from highway side it was still quit. U can eat nearly. Ground floor is great for staying. U have coffe, hairdryer,etc at yr room. It is enough big, very clean. So what else do U need? The guy at reception was so nice an polite. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean with reasonable facilities. There is a small outdoor pool with chairs and loungers which was a peaceful place to relax and read.

  The hotel was in the perfect place to enjoy down town life whilst also being far enough from the main drag for the hotel to be quiet and peaceful; the facilities were excellent; the log fire was fantastic; the staff were exceptionally helpful. In particular, Sheron (concierge), Diana (concierge), Brenda (catering team) and Ashley, were enthusiasti... what people say » c and delightful. Sheron was a huge help (she helped frame a picture for a wedding present - a task which was above and beyond her remit). Brenda alwa - We stayed in the heart of the old historic district. The first night we got there we asked the concierge about a ghost tour we wanted to do. She took care of everything. She suggested the tour she thought was the best for what we were looking for and she called to reserve a spot for us. She also got us tickets for the trolley for our historic tour. Her suggestion for where we should eat dinner was excellent. All this at no extra charge. Very helpful and you can tell she enjoys her job.

  Clean rooms, gym and indoor pool was a plus. Also like the Zip out service where you could check out from your room. Location. Right next to Six Flags and other shopping areas - The great location and the bed was very comfortable. Close to six flags. Very helpful and nice staff.

  My sister and I decided to stay at the Hilton Atlanta for Halloween. We received an amazing price through letsbookhotel.com and had a fabulous experience. Checking was fast and easy, the hotel staff truly made us feel at home. The view was also amazing, especially at night. When we were leaving, the staff even knew how - The friendliness of the staff was top notch. I loved the free wi-fi computers in the lobby. The luxury of the hotel in itself was a vacation from home. The hotel's location was central to all the sightseeing and restaurants where we dined. The rooms were well planned out with comfortable beds, chairs desk. I loved the night lights built in the bedside tables. We were located on the 26th floor so were enjoyed the executives level breakfast bar. The perfect start to our day of sightseeing. having

  Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. The Breakfast Cook To Order Crew were impressive with their team work, in the way they speedily moved the rather long line for omlettes! We slept well in the comfy bed! - I liked the late check-out, the suite room was very large, and the many ammenities offered, like the pool and exercise room. The rooms are very comfortable, and the free happy hour was awesome.

  The valet parking at 14.95 per night was well worth it. The continental breakfast buffet each morning was plenty to get by on. They had happy hour from 5:30 to 7:00 in the lobby serving wine and appetizers. This was every night but Sunday. the rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable.   After a long & late train trip from FL we were greeted by Sade. Her wonderful smile, friendly & warm attitude and her enthusiasm greeted us. She was able to answer our questions & give us directions to our restaurant. So we had a fabulous first impression. During our 3 day stay all of the staff we encountered was extremely nice & v... what people say » ery friendly. Our room was always spic & span when we returned from a sightseeing. It was fantastic stay! - Without exception the staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, well- trained and delightful. There was a complimentary buffet in the early evening with free beer or soft drinks, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast is $12 and well worth it. We had delicious omlettes cooked to our own specification and everything else you could possibly want for breakfast. The room was very clean and pleasant. Our stay here was very enjoyable.

  Only stayed for a quick sleepover from airport. Apart from a little difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel the experience was good. Very clean room and extremely comfortable bed. - Close proximity to the airport; staff were very friendly, engaging, helpful, and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable.

  My wife and I were celebrating our fifth wedding anniversary and the young lady (Kristina) that checked us into the hotel sent up chocolate cover strawberries and champagne. This gesture made a big difference in the amount of enjoyment that we received from our stay.   The staff was extremely professional and curtious. This was my first stay at the Ritz-Carlton and I will definately return!
