  I was very pleased with my stay. The room looked newly renovated and was probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in!! Bed/pillows were super comfortable and the room nicely insulated as I was surprised how quiet it was despite having neighbors on both sides. I wanted a place about a mile out of town with a table and chairs outside so you can hang outside and enjoy the view. Great cross ventilation with the windows in the room. The host was the best.   Quaint. Great location in the heart of historic Placerville. Attentive Staff. Clean. Lots of history. Hope, our desk person/manager, was terrific. She was very helpful, attentive and friendly. - Room was very cute, nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good compared to what offered by other hotels in the area we stayed at during our road trip.

  The property has been recently renovated and it was clean and comfortable. The most you could do with an older property. Excellent location pertaining to Highway 50 travel. - Very good experience. Would stay there again.

  I liked everything about National 9, no complaints at all. Super clean, comfortable quiet. I mean, what a total value for my money. Not a fancy type place, but fits the bill with anything you need.
