My first day I had left on the door my "privacy" tag when I left for my conference. When I came back to my room that night, there was a notice in my room asking whether or not I wanted cleaning services. This was nice to see. Someone was paying attention. The prompt attention all the service employees showed to any issues that arose during our stay.Being on the 17th floor with a view.

Convenience to parks, close to my conference, and pleasant rooms. The location is perfect if you intend to visit not only the Disney parks but others like Sea World and Universal Studios.The convience to Disney, the bus shuttle and the balcony view. Also staff was very friendly and professional. the hotel facilities. Close to everything. Ideal locality. the room was huge in comparison to many other 2 queen bed rooms we've stayed in, and we were upgraded to a room with a sofa sleeper rather than a cot at no additional charge. One of the staff members was not informed about the Veterans Free passes to Disney. He sent us to the Shades of Green and we could have gotten the tickets at the Disney main gate. It was a waste of time to go to Shades of Green and we were tired when we went there.the valet parking. the air conditioning unit was very loud. we were in the last room on the floor, and our shower water pressure was severely lacking. shower could have been hotter, the toilet was sometimes difficult to flush. Improve security.Should have more washers and dryers not enough. Only on a few floors. The price of renting a refrigerator, Very high. My phone in my room did not work properly. My floor in my room was not vacuumed, there were still articles left from the previous guest near the head of the bed on the floor (baby pacifier, hair band, hair on one of the pillows). They should ,in my oppinion, stop trying to get people to attend a time shear offer with the attraction of subsidised Disny tickets or money as a gift. Some people felt they were co-ersed into signing up just to get out away from them and realised what they had done afterwards and began worrying. Because of this their holiday was ruined. We attended out of interest. breakfast was not so good. about the shutle bus to congress venue at hotel dolphin and also to pleasure island--> to scare. No cooler in room and no free breakfast.it was dated - would be good if it was refurbished. Some of the staff at the reception desk looked so unhappy.Water pressure insufficient in shower. Poor shower, dinner not so good, far from the city center (although close to Disney World). Had to change rooms. First room given was dirty and smelly. Also your staff were not aware of the Disney Marathon and gave out misleading information on transportation, that meant my Wife and I waiting for a bus for 1 Hour 15 Mins which never came. Dom not eat dinner at this hotel/ Breakfast is great.Overall a bit run down dirty net curtins in the room. staff were rude.
