  The staff at the Seaview was very friendly and the motel was very clean. It was close enough to walk to the shops and they offer a free continental breakfast every morning. They also offer free long distance calling. Trolley stop was also available outside the motel for travel to downtown shops and restaurants for a small fee.   The location was excellent and so very beautiful. Loved the Marginal Way walk watching the sun come up and all the beautiful rocks and waves. Also loved so much the huge beach at low tide where we could walk for miles. The town is wonderful! Glad that we went off season, too. Could enjoy our walks in town and gift shopping without crowds.   Our host was very engaging and willing to help us in any way he could. For example, within ten minutes of our arrival,he had my ipad charged and ready for business. He also helped out with our need for a parking spot for an additional car. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and interesting; not your stand duty motel furnishings. We had our breakfast outdoor by the pool which was so lovely we didn't want to leave - On arrival we were greeted warmly and taken on a tour of the property. Our room was nice, clean, tastefully decorated and spacious.We had room 5 at the front of the hotel facing the road which made it a little noisy with traffic but it had it's own entrance and little veranda to sit on. Very convenient for getting all our luggage in and out with ease. There is a fire pit out the front you can sit around at night and a pool and deck area at the side of the Inn with beautiful trees surrounding. T

  Very nice hotel. Our room was a king suite with a small private deck off the bedroom, spacious living area. Very clean and it didn't smell like a hotel usually does which was a bonus. The hotel was very nicely decorated for the season. Parking garage was nice as it was cold when we left and we didn't have to be outside long.   I loved how immaculate and well maintained our one-bedroom suite was. It was very lovely and inviting. We were across the street from a leisurely path to Marginal Way and to the beach, across the street from the trolley which would take us to more shops and restaurants downtown, and within walking distance of many places to eat and shop.   The room was clean and spacious and had the amenities we needed, including tv with many stations and a refrigerator. There was plentiful soap and shampoo. The view from the balcony on the third floor overlooked the Ogunquit River estuary where we saw a doe with a fawn, seven swans a swimming and numerous water fowl. The bed was comfy, enjoyed listening to the waterfalls and the birds from our hotel terrace, and I spotted some unusual birds on the salt mash...we also enjoyed our stay because the hotel was close to nice restaurants and for nature lovers it was a plus for us.   We found the motel very clean and bright to stay for our weekend. the staff were lovely and warm. The pool was closed but we were there during the early spring. the footbridge beach is just a short walk and the parking was free because it was off season.
