Staff were efficient and friendly. Free wifif very good. Close to shops and good restaurants. Bus stop within 1 min. Rooms spacious. The receptionist was extremely friendly and hospitable! Room was clean and comfortable....pleasant experience. Staff was cooperative, gave full information about what we wanted and very polite to answer all our questions. We got there a little after 1pm and we were able to check in then. clean room. friendly staff.
all reviews » The staff was so friendly. They kept the room spotless. Thanks to everyone there. The location was close to freeway access. Hotel was clean. Price was ok. Affordable overnight stay. I like the staff they are nice and friendly and on the first floor some rooms smell alot better than the second floor and the hallways. The price was great and it was nice when it came to the cleaning of the room. The location was great. There wasn't much we did like. The front desk staff. Breakfast was not enough. It was all over by the time we reached there. The breakfast. the cereal was stale and even though the dispensers had a name brand logo on them the cereal was not name brand. the milk and juice were in a bucket with ice(not enough ice). it was not far from the beach and dining but the traffic was bad. besides the beach it was really nothing to do in the area with a toddler. The strange people loitering around the parking lot at night and the rooms didn't feel clean or comfortable. I was put into a 2 double room when I had booked a Queen room. Went to have breakfast at 8:15 and they only had cereal and juice. No microwave or fridge in room as stated. Traffic was heard all night in our room. Old facility, wall air conditioner very noise. The hallways smell really bad and the breakfest is boring because there is only coffe,cereal,bread,and juice and the beach is 18.5 miles from the hotel. When we checked in the lobby was very hot they had a door stopper for the door.The bed was comfortable but it moved too much and went down for breakfast that was served from 6-9andu when I arrived @8 they didn't have nothing at all. The night staff had been very rude and unwilling to assist me. My room had no towels or soap and the beds were very uncomfortable. Also there was not enough breakfast for everyone. Wasn't very clean, had a coffee maker and no coffee cups, only had 2 towels for 5 people we had no alarm clock. The beds were horrible. the pillows were horrible.we booked a room with two double beda for 4 people and we only had two towels. there was supposed to be breakfast until 9am and at 8am I went to get breakfast and there was nothing but the staff was sitting in the lobby eating breakfast. The beds were absolutely horrible. There were bugs in the bed.
