the hoel was central for all our needs!! the staff were excellent and the rooms were brilliant. Very clean, excellant breakfast buffet. very close to subway and many sights. We overall loved our stay and will be staying there again in the future.The staff was more than helpful and a pleasure to work with.Room service presentation was excellent. Location, Price.

Right in the middle of time square. You just leave your room and start walking! The hop and go buses are great and the boarding is right across the street. A lot of good diners that are affordable in the area.You can get last minute tickets for broadway shows at the concierge but prices are steep. Every thing is close 5th avenue shopping, central park, broadway theatres, its all there. Ideally situated close to the heart of Manhatten, Broadway and Central Park. It cost us $21.00 for a 2minute call to Montreal and another 3 min call for $30.00.If you want to have wine in your room buy it before getting to Time Square, the prices in the liquor store are crazy.Expected the room to be slightly larger than they were. No Mini bar. charges for use of exercise room. the room was a disappointment...needs to be refurbished and updated. no firdg. The Sheri could use some renovation in the very near future.It really shows its age. room too small for the rate. The room was very hot and stuffy. Overprized and old used rooms. Finess Fee. It should be free of charge. parking very expensive; don't have mini bar in the room; don't have good blinds in the room. have to call for all amenites in room. rooms are not automatically replinished. this was when first entered room and during stay.Bath room a bit old. bathroom, staff were unfriendly and not bothered about the fact we saw mice in hotel. Tv did nt work so we had to move and hair dryer did nt move. We did make reservations for 3 rooms for 5 nights.However the frontdesk employee -after quite a while- could only find 2 rooms.After long discussion he said the hotel was overbooked (!!) and he could not do anything for us. After more of endless discussion he gave us a third room, but we had to transfer our belongings after one night for another room.So,our experience with the service was poor.
