Great hospitality. comfortable bed. The hotel was clean with comfortable rooms with a good location to walk to various sites around New Orleans. Comfort and near all. no complimentary internet access in business center and no complimentary coffee in the morning. drink machine not cooled-hot drinks. No open restaurant, complimentary coffee in the lobby you pay for, despite their advertisment they are not attached to the casino to name a few.
