First of all, the location is perfect! We were able to park at the
French Market a block away for $20/day. The owner was super friendly
and helpful, and you could really tell he wanted us to enjoy our stay.
Our room was just right, we had everything we needed including lots of
clean towels and coffee service. We also really loved relaxing in the
courtyard area- it's lovely! We will definitely try to stay here

The property is an eclectic mix of old and new but with modern kitchens & comfortable furnishings. The staff were wonderful & gave great suggestions for dinner.
The location is fantastic (in the "no bus zone" of the Quarter, so it's much less noisy than the other end). Also just steps from all types of shopping and dining.

The location is great! It was nice to have a kitchen and stove and the
basic cups, icetrays ect. The room was welcoming and relaxing. It was so
close in the french quarter...it was like going to a 'secret
hidaway' everytime we went back to our room to unload our bags,
shower and rest!.
The location in the French quarter was close to everything. It was a charming place with high ceilings and historic beauty. The courtyard was small but pretty. The manager, Tyler,was accommodating and helpful. The rooms were decorated tastefully and it was very clean.
For the French quarter these rooms are huge! Ours was clean and
beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It's got a fun,
funky, eccentric vibe to it, and also is relaxing. The staff was so
friendly and down to earth. We will definitely stay here again.
The location was perfect. Close to the places we wanted to visit. It was comfortable and quiet. It would be ideal for a long ( e.g. week plus) stay.

The fridge never got anywhere close to 'cold' but freezer
worked. Besides that everything was great!.
The air conditioner in our room was not quite up to the job.
The bed needs a new firm mattress. There was a cigar smoker in the courtyard which made the courtyard unusable for us. If we had opened the windows the smoke would have come into the apartment. If the rest of the facility is smoke free why do you allow smoking in the courtyard.
French quarter can be noisy at night, but not their fault no room
service, breakfast in bed would have been nice.
No Wi-Fi Poor reaction to activated fire alarm experience-I would have
contacted 911 if it happened again 3 flights of stairs-but we didnt
expect an elevator because of age of bldg.
Should have only packed one bag...3 Flights of stairs.
No stove in the apartment, microwave only.
I wished they had vacuumed a bit better.
Only a little thing but you have to clean the apartment and take out all your rubbish etc yourself.
