everything, it was historic and very beautiful. the courtyard was huge and with a pool it was also very beautiful will stay again. The location is ideal, the staff is professional, and the room was above expectations. the location, the very friendly staff and the quaintness. Room was spacious. Hotel was very convenient to the places we wanted to see.the location was excellent - we booked both rooms for an extra night to enjoy more of the city. The room change gave us a better room and the transfer of luggage was dealt with by the porters. all reviews »
the carpet in both rooms was damp and very dirty and would have like a little more choice of breakfast. The location of our room was above the lobby and on the street. Very noisy at 6:00 am.

Take I-10 to New Orleans, exit 235A, "Orleans Avenue/Vieux Carre".
Proceed on Orleans Avenue. Move into your left lane.
Proceed 2 blocks on Orleans Avenue.
Make a left U-Turn at sign "N. Rampart via Toulouse St."
Veer Right for 1 block to Rampart St., turn left.
Go 2 Blocks on Rampart to St. Ann St. (yellow flashing light), turn right.
