I came as a solo traveler in the middle of the night because of a late flight, and even though the staff had confusion about who was supposed to be in which room, they handled it just fine that evening and in the morning when we switched rooms to get it straightened out the way we were supposed to be. Everyone demonstrated very good customer service. Everyone maintained a smile and obviously was doing their job the best they could and kept high customer satisfaction in a confusing situation. Staff was excellent and the hotel was in the perfect location in a
quieter section of the French Quarter (but still close to all the
action). The room and hotel in general were very clean and comfortable
and looked recently renovated. We were very pleased with our whole
experience.
Great staff, very helpful, you can really fill like at home. Big and
comfortable apartment, location close to all main shopping and
entertainment places but in the same time very quiet.
The location is excellent in the French Quarter, one block away from
