Convenience to highway, spacious rooms, loved having a shower stall! (no icky tub to deal with), loved having two sinks, good price through letsbookhotel.com, good beds, pool looked nice but I didn't have a chance to use it. Position close to Highway c 20 mins North of Boston. Rooms were very large and spotlessly clean ,excellent value. Proximity to large shopping mall and restaurants under bridge. Highly recommended.

It is all BEAUTIFUL... The reception by Amanda when we arrived late Saturday night was exceptional and really made a good impression. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff helpful when we asked questions. i am 66 years old and have stayed at many hotels / resorts over the years. The staff at your hotel were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever seen. Kids love the castle appearance. Love the bed and bath soap in the room. Loved the crib option for our baby. Loved that Starbucks was offered in lobby. It Is close to local restaurants and activities. Has a restaurant and bar right in the hotel. Had a pool, sauna and hot tub. Comfortable rooms, was near our destination. Friendly and professional Staff. Room service and restaurant very good. Staff was friendly and very helpful, parking was free, bed was comfortable. Location. pillows too big, would have liked some fresh coffee in the a.m. downstairs either complimentary or to purchase. On arrival. Front Door has plastic stickers which are faded cracked and make first impression tacky. The corridor to swim pool was filled with chlorine smell and had dirty marks on ceiling. Showers in mens area would not work and floors sticky. Indoor pool reasonable outdoor pool good.Both free. The food at the restaurant was less then spectacular. You should have a full time restaurant. Didn't know when booking room there was not a tub in it. Hate there is no refrigerator/microwave option in the rooms. Hated that the Starbucks offered in the lobby was always empty. Room Sevice with all the fees was outrageously priced. The garbage cans in the room are too small. Hate the long walk from the busy parking lot. Valet would be an amazing addition. The door in the bathroom was too close to toilet in Room 311. There was nothing I did not like. A bit remote. I enjoy jogging and there are no sidewalks. Much too remote to jog alone in the evening. No water pressure moldy smell in rooms. but getting to the pool was a bit scary since it is in all tunnels that no one was around would be nice if for hotel that size to have several places to eat and drink daycare needed to be able to use the gym and pool. cleaning staff made a lot of noise early in the morning. I was staying at the far end of the hallway, right next to the storage room and every morning the cleaning staff was talking pretty loud until they start their rounds. being given a room overlooking all the air conditioning units on the roof of the meeting rooms !!! Coffeee machine not working was not replaced in spite of promises. the common areas-hallways, public bathrooms were not well maintained. I didn't like the fried clams in your restaurant. Ithink they were rolled in corn-flour and they gave acid-reflux during the night. Also, the food bill came up to 60+ dollars. We paid cash and left her with more than $15.oo for a tip. when leaving the hotal the next morning, we found the food bill was charger to our room... Not enough services and staff, I waited too long for check in and check out. Room hadn't been cleaned. Front desk explained a computer glitch caused some rooms to not be cleaned...great. Hairs in bed. ..weren't mine. Ugh. In need of repairs Pool not open during the holiday Food limited-very small restraurant Rooms need updating. The rooms were not clean at all (carpet mainly), bath tub was disgusting too. The worst stay ever.
