How clean everything was, you can tell that is important to them. How safe it seemed to be. We were there off season so it might not be the same when crowded. I liked being close to stores and the Sky Wheel. Enjoyed the boardwalk. My most favorite thing is the staff. Kimberly came out to our car to show us a place to eat after we were talking with her, so many places closed for the season. She went out of her way to be helpful. All the staff was smiling and helpful.
all reviews » the location was great --only a short distance from the convention center where I attended a convention for two days. also right on the boardwalk and just off hwy 17 which is the main road. A short distance to the airport. Free parking and great breakfast buffet. We had the ocean front suite which was quite spacious. This would be a great room for families as it has fridge, micro, stove-fully equipped kitchenette. We loved the location! Our suite was the perfect size and the wall bed wasbigger than we expected and comfy! The room was clean with two ac units so we could close the center door and select the temp most suited to each. With two elevators and clean, well lit stairs, we never had to wait. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options and plenty of fruit. The fitness center has new or well maintained equipment. Convient to all local attractions. We stayed on 10th floor oceanfront and the view was amazing. The room was well equipped with fridge and microwave and stove. Sitting on balcony viewing the ocean was great even in some inclement weatherm The cold breakfast bar was just right and plenty of choices were available. The pools were clean and not overcrowded and the tiki bar had reasonable prices. Loved it all. All was great. Location excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay at this hotel again. Close to everything. It was nice to have a small breakfast included with stay, especially with a family. Lazy river, indoor pool and hot tub were clean. I have nothing negative to say...... Loved being on top floor overlooking the ocean! Just beautiful! Staff members that we encountered were very professional and very nice. Room was spacious enough. Slept very well in the bed......and with someone with back issues, that says alot!!!. Upon checkin the lady at the desk was very helpful and frindly as well as adjusting our room location to a ocean front. we were there celebrating our anniversary and we were pleased with everything except the weather. The location was perfect, My view from my room was awesome. Rooms were clean, staff very helpful. The pool and spa were clean, the grounds were clean. For the price, I would definately stay here again. Wonderful desk, housekeeping, maintenance and grounds staff. The location was superb. My ocean front suite was comfortable and spacious with a full galley style kitchen and a marvelous view. We always have a good time when we stay here. This was our second spring break. People are great here! We love the outside pool area and how close it is to the beach. I enjoy the beach front the rooms were very clean and the convinience to differents shops and restaurants the staff was very friendly I will go back again. Ocean view room with balcony and Kitchen. Right on the main strip, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Free shuttle to Broadway at the Beach. Location was fantastic! Ocean view was spectacular. Loved being close to the boardwalk and the shopping/restaurants while being on the beach. I've been on vacation, for 4 yrs. And believe me this is a great place to getaway for any reason. Will be booking soon Mr. Furman, Camden,SC. The PERFECT location if you ask me. Close to my favorite spots on the beach. Everything you want to do in Myrtle Beach is close by. Location was great. The landscaping was very nice. Parking was not a problem. I slept very well. The teenagers loved the free Wi-Fi !. I liked that it was right on the beach and right on the strip. There was always something to do and lots of places to eat. loved being able to walk to the shops and sit out on the boardwalk, Had ocean front room and loved watching the water. Was in a great location and the view from the room was amazing. Everyone was nice around the hotel too. Hotel was convenient to everything I wanted to do. Also liked the politeness of the staff. But with everything else being so nice, this was a minor thing. The free breakfast wasn't such a great thing but there was good coffee!. Parking adjacent to hotel was limited. There was sufficient overflow parking lots across the street, so not a major issue. Might seem minor to most, but the toilet tissue was some of the cheapest tissue I think I have ever used. It was crumbly.......for the Holiday Inn, I would have expected more. Breakfast area where the food is could be a little more spacious, it gets crowded, people bumping into each other. Parking was awful. Pool bathroom on 2nd floor. Maid service was a little different..one maid came in and made the beds, another came and cleaned the bathroom..then another vacumed? They did a great job still. Have 4 adults, 3 women all needed a towel and a hair towel. Each day only received 2 towels. Not informed about ice machine and where it was located. The piggly wiggly is not walking distance from hotel, used cab. The continental breakfast was pretty bleak, but it still provided the basics. Only a few premium spots to park, but not too bad to walk across the street. No DVD player was available. The room we got was the not so good version of the one we saw online. The stove and kitchen area was smaller than the one next door and it made preparing meals difficult. Price was way too high, went to pay for room and someone came in from street and got a much better price and a better room than I had paid for. Breakfast ended to early. It would be nice if it was open later even if I had to pay for it. No complaints. The facility was not associated with the national chain of holiday inns, no points. Motorcycle week. I didn't like that the pool closed at 11. All night would be better, especially in the spring, summer time. I was told by your company that the cost was $465 and it turned out to be $575.95 by the time we were finished our five day stay at Myrtle Beach. The elevators were clean very often but no air-conditioning and too slow. The parking sucks. Although I understand and acknowledge the limited real estate in the area, having to park 3 blocks away was not very convenient. N/A. Parking is a bit of an issue but not detrimental. Parking but had to deal with it for location of hotel. Plenty of places if you could not get in front of hotel. Staff did inform us of parking location on map. The weather!! The inside pool shoudl be supervised as the big kids took over jumping on tubes and scaring kids. The continental breakfast. It wasn't one. all carb breakfast. cool weather(early Feb). our room 333 was dark, with no sunshine getting in and a 1/4 balcony with sea view. rooms do need upgrading. little lady that seen to the continental breakfast was very unfriendly . Need some upgrade!. The beds are SUPER SMALL NOT GOOD FOR A COUPLE and the space between the bars need to be child proof a child can fall thru the bars. Room was too small. Beds were not comfortable. the parking is terrible....I had to walk three blocks to park my car.....you can not load and unload....so I had to haul my stuff and the kids across the road down a small side street to the far parking lot...Had to to this several times. Will not stay there again!!!. A leaf blower 4:AM Not ennuf parking spaces. No wi-fi for apple products..very disappointing!. hotel part we stayed had no elevator and a step down coming out of the room that I busted my foot on.and no watch your step signs posted.
