value and the friendliness of the saff. the lady at reception was very helpful. it was cheap, and it wasn't as dirty as it sounded from other reviews. maybe some floors are different than others, but we didn't feel like we were in a crack shack. central in downtown LA. cheap rate, neat, clean, and nice service attitude.Cheap place. Situated in Down Town area made it convenient for me. I was in town to attend the trade show held at the convention center. Reasonable tariff for the overall package.it kind of sucked having to leave the room to use the toilet, but you get what you pay for. no chair in the room. the rooms were a bit too small for me. no breakfast, the room is too old, use keys for locking rooms. Kind of old and other staying at hotel are scary. The shared showers as well as the toilets can be a let down for some people.
