The gentleman who checked us in on the evening of September 13th--sorry I think his name started with a K, was very helpful and friendly as was Jennifer who checked us out. Shuttle to downtown was a very nice perk!. The hotel was close to the Clinton Library. The clerk upgraded our room to a king suite at no extra charge. The room was real nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good.
all reviews » We were right across the river from the Verizon Arena, which was great. We only spent one night but it was very clean, loved the huge counter in the bathroom.Awesome breakfast !!. This is one of the best-value hotels anywhere, for comfort, price, food, shuttle, no parking fees. Traveling companions thought the same...also, Happy Hour and nice breakfast. The staff was extremely nice and the shuttle service was great. It's nothing extremely extravagant, but it was a nice, clean room, good full breakfast, and great service. Good location. The shades worked well keeping out the morning sun except where the bottom of the curtain was. Due to the folds in it some sunlight got through. Room rate, happy hour, location near Clinton Library and River Market, exercise room, business center, lots of free parking, free shuttle, free breakfast. Great Staff, very accommodating. Clean rooms, Great breakfast, nice bar. Quiet, close to everything. All around great place to stay. Friendly staffs, good service, and provide shuttle service to downtown (not much there) and airport pick etc... Difficult entry and exit to parking. trying to get to hotel from the highway. walls are thin, you can people walking the halls and next door. Plumbing was bad. Sink was backed up on arrival. Wall paper was coming off the wall. Nothing. Location is confusing. No fridge No Microwave No tea making facilities. The customer service. No record of booking Long delay to check in causing us to miss the event we had booked Only one lift working - staff unaware of location of stairs Breakfast - "no bread today" comment from staff - made toaster somewhat redundant. Grey scrambled eggs Horrendously over-charged for rooms (due to not having record of booking) - still trying to resolve. Staff that lie about charges made & credits not made to correct their errors.
