Spacious, modern and clean room in quiet setting. Had to leave early in the morning so we did not utilise the breakfast buffet. The hotel was however kind of enough to prepare a us a little "breakfast box" we could bring if we wanted. Good location if you have an early flight out of McCarran. 2 minutes from the Car Rental Center. Good value for money. A well run hotel. Design, proximity to airport. Female staff were great and helpful. Early check in available w/o fee. Shuttle driver was helpful and great. When front desk told us shuttle had to go back to strip and wld not be leaving on time 4am to airport, shuttle driver told us he wld take us to airport first.
all reviews » Avoid craziness and expense of The Strip. If you are driving it is convenient to airport and a short drive from The Strip. A great value. Away from the crowds. Nice rooms. Tastefully decorated. I rate the breakfast 4 out of 5. I loved the kitchenette and cooking option in the room, as well as the view. Wonderful entrances all around the hotel, so didn't only have to come in front door. The hotel was nice and Anthony, the shuttle driver, was amazing!! He was courteous, funny, and delivered excellent customer service. The staff was great and the hotel was clean and peaceful. This location is now my hotel of choice when traveling to Vegas. Staff were very accomodating and apologized for the housekeeping issues. Close to airport rental car return. Nice and spacious rooms, with a pretty good kitchen. Great value for its price. I didn't like that the card that I reserved the reservation on was automatically charged when I was told I would have the option to call the next day and pay a different method. That was disappointing. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Hotel was not clean. I arrived very late at night and had to move to 3 different rooms. First room bathroom had not been cleaned. Second room sheets had not been changed, stains and long strands of hair. By the third room I just slept on the sofa in my clothes. Another elliptical would have been nice, there was only one available. Also the pool was smaller and so it looked crowded. Nothing. Hotel is showing signs of its age. Toilet rocked and holes in the curtains. Nothing! Hotel was awesome!. On a very noisy highway. Only use if you need easy access to the airport. Poor breakfast. squeaky and hollow flooring. property has deteriorated since last stay 4/2013. Needs cleaning, carpets and furnishings. This place gets a lot of traffic. Chamber maids are not doing a good job.
