I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed
in. The facilities and glamour are world class and when we had a small
problem with the bathroom lights, it was fixed straight away with no
fuss whatsoever. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you
offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly
expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip. I am

We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos. This hotel blew me away! The rooms are so amazing I exclaimed wow every
time I entered. The balconies are so Awesome! All casino stakes are
pretty high. I'm not super high class and had to adjust to being
slightly out of place in the evening because almost everyone gets
dressed up but they don't give you looks for not. During the day
everyone seemed to be dressed down for a pool party and I found out why.
