They allowed a early check in and provided a generous gift for my wife how was celebrating her birthday. - The hotel propose is also great. Modern and well located. From the room we got I was possible to hear the street noise during the day. - Definitely, I'll come back to it my next time in NYC.

  The best hotel experience I have ever had. Marvellous staff, good breakfast, always something to eat and drink in Rick´s Cafe. Quiet rooms, luxury bathrooms, cleaning every day, very polite staff, the best situated hotel in town right in the middle of everything. If I ever go back to New York I will absolutely go back to this hotel. Stayed 5 nights... what people say » with my sister in November 2008. - Staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Hotel,room and bathroom were beautiful. Enjoyed and appreciated complimentary wineandcheese offered before show, allowed us have leisurely late meal after show. Breakfast was great.
