Rooms were large and comfortable. If we could have been sure they were clean and the fan/curtain fixed, it would have been a great place to stay. As it is, we are glad we were only there one night. What concerns me is that these are all fixable things and so have probably been left unfixed intentionally. And there is never an excuse for a less than clean room. The room was outstanding, very clean and roomy. The king-size bed was just like sleeping in our own bed! The staff were all amazing, very accommodating. The location is perfect, close to everything. The breakfast was phenomenal, very hot and tasty!.
all reviews » We were there for the racing at IMS. The hotel was a great location for us as were the facilities. The breakfast was ample and good. The laundry was a real bonus and not overpriced. I made reservations for three rooms for our family. And I had requested if possible that all 3 rooms be as close together as possible and the hotel accommodated us very well. Rooms were comfy and decent sized...bath tub had jets but I wouldn't bathe in a hotel tub...staff very friendly. Comfortable environment, minus stinky part :). I really liked the breakfast. They had a wide variety, both hot and cold items. I also liked the many channels offered on the tv. We really enjoyed our stay, clean comfy room, friendly helpful staff and the breakfast Buffet was wonderful!!. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Good Breakfast. Nice pool and Hot Tub. Comfortable. Bed was clean. Staff friendly. Great breakfast. I have no complaints. It was well worth the money. The fan in the bathroom, which came on with the light, had a horrible buzzing sound. Nothing!!. Nothing it was great. Coffee pot stunk room up, heater made room stink... I didn't like that the pool was closed for painting. The pool was one of the main draws to us staying there. Hole in my door to the room. Jacuzzi wasnt all that clean. A hole in the bed skirt. Shower wasnt that clean. Stains on the couch. Kids running up and the hallway early in the morning. access not great from north 465. Road and airport noise. Did not provide more than two towels in the room. The towels by the pool and fitness center were barely larger than a hand towel. Wifi was down all evening. Desk clerk tried to be helpful but was a newbie and couldn't resolve the problem. N/a. Rooms were outdated, not well maintenanced, for the price paid I would expect a room at the level of a Holiday Inn, but it just didn't measure up. Also the entire hotel had a really strange smell when we stayed. day staff was very rude when dealing with a reservation problem with Booking .com. Our bathroom has need of serious repair: broken sink, faucet handle missing, rust in tub, tiles coming loose and grout missing in the floor. The noise of family reunions, kids running and yelling in the halls, and barking dogs locked in rooms. Beds very uncomfortable. should of been cleaner rooms. hotels looks dated. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for much less money.I Called the hotel while I was there and they had rooms available for cheaper than I was being charged. Website said it had smoking rooms.When got their said no smoking.We would not had booked then.Room a few problems like cracks in bathroom floor and shower.Bed curtain had stains.
