The location near the falls and the nearness to the walking path were not only beautiful, but gave you the desire to get out and get some exercise after a long day cooped up in a car. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location was awesome - right across the street from the river and the falls were just a two minute walk away. Staff was great, breakfast was great. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone!.
all reviews » The soup and cookies, after a long day of driving were perfect. The staff is friendly and accomodating and the rooms were very quiet. We stayed two nights a few days apart and everyone was very nice. The breakfast was excellent - far superior to the standard breakfast you get at most places. The room was really nice and you cannot beat the location. I will definitely stay there again!. The location was great - just across from the falls and the downtown area. And the breakfast was outstanding - really appreciated the custom-made omelet and wide choice of other foods. loved the location and layout of the facility. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay again. The room was clean, upgraded, roomy, and comfortable. It also had a lovely view of the river and temple. It was quiet and just very enjoyable. Can't say anything bad, everything was just right. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff very helpful. The door squeeks and the carts bumping down the sidewalk before 8am. Rm 75. nothing. Carpet stains, leaking faucet, tile grout issues. bathroom was small.
