Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect as I had a business meeting at MD Anderson which was an easy walk away.

The food and service at the restaurant "Driscoll's" was mediocre.

Everything.

My parents and I were there to see my brother who was on life support in St. Luke's Hospital. After he was removed from life support on 8/5/13, he died on 8/6/13 at 10:05 PM.

Location, room size, shower

The parking building closes at 7pm and you have to valet for a very high cost. The concierge gave me the wrong address for the md Anderson that was very near making me going very far and get lost. The rooms smell like mold.
