The Bell Captain & his staff were invaluable & was proactive in guiding us where we wanted to go & options that were not readily apparent. Their shuttle service is a very positive courtesy for guests.

Valet parking price is exorbitant & obnoxious. Even w/in-out privileges it is not a value to guests. It's almost like dealing w/airlines these that have add-on's for profit generation!

I like the room presentation it is beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The hotel location is very convenient to main attractions downtown. It's a definite must stay again.

For Hilton, wifi should be free and $20 parking fee is too expensive as well.

The swimming pool on the top floor is awesome. The king-size bed it's perfect to rest after a busy day.

To pay for wi-fi is something that you do not find even in a 2 star hotel. It's always a good reason for me to not choose Hilton hotels.

Well managed for a convention hotel

Initial supply of drinking water not rplrnished. Broken stopper in sink remained broken - housekeeping should report. No mini bar.

Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very very nice. Shuttle bus is an excellent service to nearby attractions, restaurants etc.

Unless you are from us and have service (AT&T) you had to pay for WiFi except in lobby and my son was approached by a homeless man for $$ while he was using iPad. What other hotel chain charges for this?Also, the concierge staff were aloof and not over friendly. It seemed to be an imposition to have them do their basic job. A smile goes a long way! Starbucks closed too early 5 pm?.... Really??

Central downtown location. Room was ok. Staff friendly.

Large conference centre hotel, so a bit impersonal. Limited restaurant / bar facilities for such a large hotel. Breakfast was samey - boring after a few days.

Obnoxious staff. Hot water did not work in my room and was never fixed. Staff didn't care. Hotel is too big for staff to give guests personal attention.
