  Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room. The staff (bellh - Hi folks, Check in staff were helpful with questions. Breakfast buffet staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup...   We were a group of 7 people travelling together by van so this is an excellent place as the parking is included in the room cost. The breakfast and a shuttle to the nearest train station and back is also included in the room rate. So an excellent deal. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. The two gals at the front desk at night (sorry not sure of their names) were extremely helpful with subway advice. The hotel served exactly the purpose we were looking for which was a place to sleep at night while we explored the city during the day.

  The staff was courteous & accommodating. I enjoyed having the free shuttle as well as free parking for my family who joined me from Baltimore for my granddaughter's graduation.
