  Deb was the night manager. We had talked to her the night before so she could charge the room to my husband's credit card, as he was not accompanying me on the trip. When I arrived, she greeted me warmly...and the paperwork had already been completed.   Very friendly staff!! I was checked in very quickly, room was spacious, clean and quiet. This was booked for the night before my wedding. Breakfast was great, although extremely crowded. Also in the morning I asked for a late check out. I was denied, however 5 minutes later they called me back to inform the manager approved it! We were staying at the hotel for a wedding & they were so helpful with anything we needed. The suites were clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy! It was right by the highway, which was very convenient.

  The people at the Front Desk were beyond respectful. The beds were so comfortable, and the room was very cozy. The Television is not perfect resolution, but to have a nice size flat screen in the room was a bonus.   Location is awesome. Right next to a large Meijers store. This was a stop over for us, we were travelling north. Staff are always friendly and my granddaughter loves the pool. This makes for a great relax time after a day of travelling.

  We had the 2 bedroom suite. We loved that it was 2 levels and the kids could be upstairs with their own bathroom. The suite was as nicer than some apartments, I've lived in. I loved the full kitchen. It was a big help during our 1 week stay for feeding our 2 and 3 year old. They had a decent breakfast every morning with good hours and offered food... what people say » in the evening, which we ate as a dinner some nights. The staff, even the housekeepers, had great attitudes and were friendly. - Very friendly staff. Very accomodating to my every need. They went the extra distance to ensure that l could get to my meetings on time. The cleaning person for my room was by far the nicest and most thorough cleaner that I have had in my travels

  We traveled with our family for Grandson's Hoop Shoot Competition. The hotel was very full. The pool/ waterslide is small but our grandson's enjoyed it. On Saturday, the slide doesn't open till 3:00 but since there were so many kids there (due to the hoop shoot guests), they opened the slide at 1:00.   Loved the fact that this hotel is dog friendly. The rooms were awesome and spacious. The kitchen was an added bonus. Free breakfast too! I will stay here again! - The suite was very spacious with a lot of room to spread out. Internet connections worked very well.
