I really enjoyed your staff I arrived a little earlier than planned. And was allowed to go ahead and chexk in instead of having tI sit. In my car and wait! Also I hada business meetint the following day ans I ask if I cld cime back to checkout a littlelast ans she it was fine. Room was spacious and clean, and recently redecorated. I had an issue with an electrical outlet, but it was resolved right away. Quiet location, despite being next to freeway and construction.

Even after arranginging a late checkout housekeeping came by 4 times knocking on my door even after I explain I had arranged a late check out. They just kept knocking. So I finaly just said forget it I wld just get on the road. Heater was very loud, as is typical of chain hotels with the a/c in the window. Had to turn it off at night so I could sleep. Breakfast was sparse, but okay for a quick breakfast to start your day. the shampoo bottle said it was conditioner too, but i believe it was not, i could be wrong. Some noise from renovations. All good. beds. The roach that was in the hallway. They couldn't give us extra blankets and they only provided two towels when the reservation stated 4 people. Tub stain faucet old. none. We were not told elevator was not working and at breakfast, the sausage should have been cooked longer. Wifi worked for just one day and then it never worked in our room. I complained the front desk and she asked me to call computer support number, I called the number and no one answered. I complained again and then she called herself and then I got a call from support but it was too late I was ready to check out. There was no hot water but other then that it was ok. The room smelled like smoke. I called and asked to switch rooms and was denied. I called back and they sent housekeeping to spray something. It smelled like smoke all night long. I hated it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The construction at 8 in the morning I also felt like I shouldn't of been double charged and felt like after all that happened I should of been refunded the whole thing. i had a bad night sleep becauses the roofer working on the roof was at 6;00 am maiken a lot of noises,,,was bad.thans. Toilet kept refilling even when not used. The shower curtain was soured and had to be cleaned by staff - after 3 calls. There was dried feces on the comforter. Much deferred maintenance around the facility. No hot water & mold. No hot water, I was told it was been fixed when I checked in at 5.00p.M. Still no hot water the following morning. I decided to move out. I was charged full price for that night. The room smelled of animal urine and something else horrible and the toilet did not work. I asked for help with the toilet and he said the maintenance man was not available so there were 3 adults with no toilet. He did not offer to move us or anything. It was totally disturbing and I will never stay at another La Stinka. There was no hot water and it wasn't even mentioned beforehand. When checking out a day early the clerk knew there was no hot water to begin with. Disappointing.
