Room 23 had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a very retro- looking, old-fashioned motel, right down to the 1950s-ea sign out front, the kind of place I used to stay when I was a kid with my family. Everything was spotlessly clean and the lady who ran the place was very nice and accommodating. I would certainly stay again. Though it is old it is very well kept, clean and comfortable. And quiet as well even though it is just off a major road through Colorado Springs. The bathroom could be a bit larger and have better water pressure from the shower nozzle. Nothing. It would have been nice to have access to the ice maker without having the owner get it for us. Everything is old, but it all worked fine. No breakfast. Maybe the neighbor hood. A little rough. The non-smoking room smelled a little like smoke. Nothing!. Nothing. It was one of the best places I've ever stayed. Bathroom especially in need of an update. Homeless people living behind facilities.
