Hotel is very nice, love the historic feel. Also love the central location downtown- lots to do within walking distance. Liked that there were shops adjoined to the hotel. Breakfast in the room was very good as well- served hot, which is great. loved this hotel. beautiful art deco restoration. doing the walk thru tour was like a museum visit. will definitely stay here again. outstanding resturant. less than 5 block (safe) walk to stadiums.

Palm Court appetizers were unique and had fabulous flavor, but the Sunday brunch was average with a nice variety of food. Great location to everything. Loved that there were parking choices other than valet. Also enjoyed the skywalks, it made getting around easy. The hotel brings back the nostalgia of the Art Deco style with the modern convenience expected for today's luxury Hotels of today. Friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Beautiful hotel with shopping in walking distance. One of my favorite places to visit. Staff VERY friendly and accommodating. Central location. The location was great. The hotel is old and beautiful. the place is nice and people are very friendly. Spacious room, confortable bed, friendly staff. Staff, location, devine Thanksgiving dinner. Great place to stay. Location. location, lobby and the bar. The pool wasn't exactly easy to find. We had to ask if it was in the gym, and then were told that the gym was "part of but separate from the hotel". The gentleman explained it was free to guests, but was a separate business. We walked by the gym, looked in, had no idea where the pool would be so we didn't go. Also wanted to use the jacuzzi, but honestly if it was part of the gym we would have skipped. Parking is advertised $15 a day but hotel guests are charged each time you go in and out. The other option is $25 in and out parking which I think is pricey for guests of the hotel. Strange that housekeeping did NOT remove used glassware. Fortunately, clean glasses were provided everyday. A little under staffed in the resteraunt for a Holiday weekend for breakfast. The WiFi situation is a pain!. At first, confusing to find way around, but good signage. Parking for motorcycle was terrible, they don't have any but ended up letting us park in the valet garage. The maids start trying to get into your room at 8:30 in the morning and continue every so often until you leave. very cold weather in march. It was a financial splurge but I needed a treat. No smoking rooms. Too warm in the halls and elevators. Small bathroom. small rooms.
