Very friendly staff!! I was checked in very quickly, room was spacious, clean and quiet. This was booked for the night before my wedding. Breakfast was great, although extremely crowded. Also in the morning I asked for a late check out. I was denied, however 5 minutes later they called me back to inform the manager approved it! I feel like they went above and beyond to help me! I would stay here again.
all reviews » I loved how friendly the staff was! We were staying at the hotel for a wedding & they were so helpful with anything we needed. The suites were clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy! It was right by the highway, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, with a sitting area and kitchnette. The pool and spa area were clean and bright and not over clorinated. The breakfast had lots of choice including hot choices. Front desk staff were very pleasant. I enjoyed the hotel room, it was very spacious and clean. The room had a jacuzzi that was very relaxing. It was a stay for our honeymoon and was very enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone staying in the cascade area. Room was very clean and spacious, hotel in general was get clean, very friendly staff at front desk, breakfast selection was amazing, pool was great for the kids. It was a very nice, clean motel with a great pool for the 8 and 9 yr. olds to enjoy. The room was very comfortable and in good condition. great hot breakfast, excellent staff, friendly families at pool that played volley ball with everyone. rooms nice and spacious. Staff was friendly & rooms.were nice. A comforting stay we will most definitely return. open area for breakfast/meeting big rooms w/2 beds & separate lounge area w/TV. Pool was incredibly warm and comfortable. Everything. Hot tub and breakfast. Only thing was a little hair on the bed when I checked in. There was really nothing else!. Driveway coming in was a bit rough and finding it was a bit convoluted but everything else was fine. The only problem was getting to the motel due to road construction in front. We had to drive around a couple of times to figure out how to get back to the motel. hallways a little old looking,. Kleenex and extra toilet paper roll missing and no trash bags in trash cans in room. Nothing. Called 3times for shuttle, the main reason I chose this hotel, but switchboard never answered... Therefore I had to take a taxi, which frontdesk imm.ly deducted from my roomrate. Not worth the price as they were remodeling. to pricey!.
