From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area. Anywhere!   Two guys hogged the computers in the lobby (both looking up inane junk). I paced up and down trying to hint to them that I needed to print a boarding pass (neither took the hint, though they kept looking at me). The lady at the front desk noticed all of this and asked if she could help, which she did. letting me print from the front desk. She exem... what people say » plified the good standard of service. My wife and I also stayed there back in September 2010 and we found front of house staff similarly helpful. - My boyfriend and I had missed our midnight flight back home and were very frustrated about checking into a hotel. The front desk woman was very friendly and helpful on shuttle times and making sure we had a wake up call. The hotel was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for that short time at our hotel.
