  The two desks clerks were extremely friendly. Angela only started 2 weeks ago and she handled some stressful mornings very calmly. And for a tiny, little person I was impressed how she handled the maids during a work meeting which I overheard. Andy was amazingly efficient and went way out of his way to answer any question about the area. And being an extremely happy, good natured person while ding - Rooms were very nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to stay there when we go to San Francisco. For example, I offered the housekeeper a tip to care for our room the next day, and she told me she wouldn't be on staff the next day and returned the tip! That kind of honesty is remarkable.   I loved the proximity of hotel to SFO airport. The staff at front desk were great! Friendly and helpful. My room- a suite - was lovely. Comfortable, practical, in good decorative order. It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room facilities were very good. Shower was powerful. Breakfast (included in price) was good.... what people say » Boiled and scrambled eggs, pancakes that you could make yourself. Etc. Hulihans restaurant nearby had nice burgers. I had a pleasant and restful stay - The staff was very helpful. We were able to leave our car at the hotel for a very reasonable price, and were shuttled to the airport directly to our airline, with plenty of time to check in for our flight. The person at the front desk recommend a great Thai restaurant for dinner.
