The room was really nice, it had a couch, refrigerator and everything we would need. The price was very reasonable. The location was great: a couple of minutes from down town Aspen, with plenty of parking and near by running trails. The staff was very friendly. I came down at about midnight looking for some limes and the staff member working the desk went out of his way to find me some. I was very impressed.
all reviews » Incredibly friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, location wonderful just steps from the ski lift with free shuttles to the other 3 mountains, room very spacious, free shuttle to Aspen, free breakfast, easy access from room to slope, hotel food great, plus food at nearby Bumps very good. Renovated rooms are very nice, clean. Good size fridge. Basic breakfast comes with the room. If you were skiing, you are right at the lift for Buttermilk. The is a wonderful inn! The staff was excellent. They offer a shuttle into Aspen. Excellent in every way!. Great hotel,upscale only 2 miles to downtown aspen.. Free shuttle service.. Coming back when snow flys.. Front desk personel were great.Free Shuttle to downtown was good!Great room & scenery. The service was outstanding and the facilities were great and at a great price. The most comfortable bed i've ever slept in and close to all 4 Aspen resorts. The friendliness of the staff and proximity to Aspen. Great staff and extra such as shuttle to Aspen. Staff were extra friendly and helpful!!. Excellent atmosphere and staff. I got a renovated room. staff was very pleasant. Staff was great!. shuttle service into Aspen - made it easy to go out to eat and not worry about parking, etc. breakfast bar offered more than just bagels and cereal. Our shuttle driver Brian was very helpful and took care of our transportTion needs excellently! Also the beds were very comfortable and big. No faults, but a handle on the sliding bathroom door would have been nice. Exterior and lobbies are somewhat dated. The Wifi was absolutely hopeless!. WiFi was a little spotty at times. A bit pricey even during off season. Walls where paper thin. I could hear the man in the room next door coughing & sneezing. If he had someone in there with him I would have been able to hear their conversation ~ I would have had to ask to be moved to another room. The hallway was packed with furniture from the other side of the hall, which was under renovation. Not a real problem though. Someone tried to get into my room that evening, I guess someone thought it was their room, double booked?. Bathroom was a bit outdated. bathroom was small, shower head was blasting, phone in room did not work.
