  The amount of space in the apartment was fantastic , the beds where very comfortable . The pool area lovely and quiet which was a bonus . The staff where very accommodating , allowed us to checkin early which was great as we arrived at the hotel at 09:00am and checkin was from 2pm, we had a room by 10:30. It was much larger than I anticipated! The hotel staff are courteous and pleasant and Youssef at the front desk was particularly notable for his professionalism. He made our stay even more welcoming by giving recommendations for places to go and for accommodating our request for a later checkout!

  It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.

  The rooms are great. The two bedroom apartment had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is the best feature, with union station right across the road you get access to both green and red line trains. The Free shuttle to and from Airport and to AlMamzar Beach is quite convenient. - Location, location, location Only 3 stops on the metro (4.60) from the airport and adjacent to Union Station. Rooms are huge, we were group of eight and booked a 4 bedroom and a 2 bedroom but we all stayed in the 4 Brm unit of 2 desperate double bedroom, huge sitting room with pullout Dble bed, separate Kitchen laundry and dining room. Value for money
