  Goo staff and location Excellent Bed comfort and quality and Got an upgrade to executive room also free airport transport and it’s rightly priced, and near the airport. No casino and it is good for family - The staffs are very polite and efficent. The room is clean and its decoration was very nice. They gave me free airport transport.

  The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks.   Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great.
