I chose to stay at this hotel because of its perfect location. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. I needed to walk for less than 2 minutes to get to the entrance of the World Trade Center. The room was always clean and the staff were very friendly. I was staying on the 7th floor and the Wi-fi signal was excellent. I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes.

Friendly staff and a much better option that an hotel. You get in the end a small apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and with daily service. Spinneys is across the street and that is so convenient. the public beach is across the street and since you are in Dubai, anything public is practically luxury. Wonderful beach. The location was perfect for us as it was near Al Karama shopping centre which was a key activity during our stay. We were also about a 10-15 min walk from the metro which enabled us to easily get to the other shopping malls and tourist attractions such as the Burj Khalifa. There is a great pool at the top of the hotel along with a gym which was never busy and looked very new.
