its very comfortable in various aspects!. There was no noises in the room, the stuff were very friendly and helpful. Its 15 minutes away from trade center (in Rush time). The friendly staff, I would recommend anybody to stay there. comfartable. Enter the hotel night club is free for hotel lodgers :) and they haveamazing band and finally that man Louis from the staff was really helpful.

Very good location, easy walk to Creek, as we are used to Australian heat. I wouldn't like to try it in the hotter months, with the humidity!. the York Pub and York Club on the second floor. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Nothing seems to be plesant at York International, Its one of the worest hotel i ever stayed. The only thing good about the hotel seemed to be their intial price andI thought it was 3 star (which it is not). But then you have to pay forhotel transfer and other hotels include this free so it comes to be moreexpensive then a 4 star hotel in Derai.Especially in the evening n night, front staffs are hectic so thatcustomer care is extremely unpleasant!!!. Close to the main areas of bur dubai where you can basically justwalk over.Convenient to get around, nearby places to eat, internet cafe's etc. It was centrally located to the places I had to visit on business.location - easily accessible to the creek, Arts complex, old city, airport. Location.Nothing was above expectation, but the room was spacious and I was given a top floor room which is quieter than lower levels. close everywhere.The Hotel did not allow guest to the rooms...they either had to wait in the reception or go home. Only that day I want to extend my accommodation in the hotel and I wentto the reception and ask her to add one more day to my accommodationand the replay was sorry sir the hotel is full???? I just went to myroom and book another day throw booking online and went back to her andtold her add one more day I did my booking online from booking on lineand she did.The only thing you could not bring any guest to your room. no hot water. No. Just a bit busy and chaotic in the lobby late at night with comingsand goings of various "pleasure seekers". Night Club was very noisy in the first night because I was licing in the first floor imediatly after the night club. But they gave me a better room upon request to the last flor.this hotel is not suitable for children. So many women around the hotel in the midnight and it took 2 days solving of problem of room after changing it. Hotel promised mini bar but did not provide, fridge was empty. A major consideration in Dubai, as the bars are few and far between and full of cigarette smoke.Insufficient control of the air conditioning system made the room too cold at times. The air conditioning was not working in several of the rooms. The refrigerator did not work in the room. The door to the swimming pool was locked and difficult to find employee to open it.The ac in the room did not work(the air was not cool). that you cannot bring and guest to the room. The front Office Staff, The Managers, Only fews staffs was good rest they all are busy with something else. Very patatic service. I should have checked better, but I was really annoyd to find out later the day that the hotel ground floor bar is used as a prostitue 'pick-up' area [over 50 prostitutes] and first floor bar a extremely noisy and rough bar. The hotel should mention that in their information.There were the wrong type of women outside the hotel when I checked in.One grabbed my bag to "help me". I declined her. Also at the hotel checkin they tried to keep my passport even though I paid in full for mywhole stay. They tried to lie that this was how dubai hotels operate.Also this is a 2 star hotel according to the board outside their hotelnot a 3 star as advertised on this site. The bar in the hotel are place for hookers n their buyers so I cantreccommend to business people or families!!!. Too many prostitutes. This is not a family hotel and I wouldstrongly recommend not choosing this hotel if you have a wife andkids. Also no taxis. Noise from the all night club below. Poor housekeeping service (there were no hangers at all in the room, despite asking several times none appeared even after 3 days; had to ask for toilet paper and bathroom floor towel), no guests allowed after 10pm.I could hear in my room the loud drum beat of the live music played in the night club. Which force you take couple hard drinks to fall sleep. The service was appalling, many things were broken - we were in the lift when it broke down; this apparently happens frequently. Pool not open. The phone in the room was broken and with no WiFi we had to use the internet computers in the smoke-filled bar which was jammed with prostitutes booking their clients. The only way to get a taxi was to stand in the middle of the busy street in front.1. Buffet breakfast very poor quality. 2. Very limited tv channel selection; 3. Airport shuttle not available even though specifically requested in booking request; charges for tours booked through agent on hotel site could not be put on hotel bill. 4. Room too small. Breakfast quality was very poor, pillows uncomfortable, no hangars in the wardrobes, service at reception is adequate at check out but disinterested at other times, bell boys interested in tips but not interested in helping guests get taxis, hotel has an unpleasant environment.very noisy in the night because of the bar downstairs, much traffic, they didnt informed us the hotel facilities is under renovation especially the pool.
