Spotless, friendly and well managed hotel.

The only down side is that the Wifi not free! Not Acceptable in a decent hotel anymore!

The staff was excellent and the facilities were good with gym, pool and restaurants. Angie in the reception was fantastic and should be given a rose for her excellent felling for service and being there for the guests at the hotell.

The bar was empty and the club was closed. We understand why, because the location is a bit off, and people go to other places to eat and enjoy the nightlife. Even though, the hotell is actually quite nice and good value for money because taxi is so cheap in Dubai.

Great Top Shower in the bathroom. Simply the best. Food was great as well.

At the checkout there was only one staff at the counter and I had to wait for a while to checkout.

when we complained about the booking mistake the next day they put us in a suit + breakfast x 3, dinner x 1, lunch x 1 also had free wi-fi for the rest of stay! We loved our stay here would defiantly stay here again. Very nice hotel.

They double booked us at Hotel and had to spend 1st night at another hotel that had no pool!

The personnel at the hotel entrance, the security and the concierge, as well as the staff in the pool floor (gym, pool, spa, etc).

Everything abut this hotel was quality. The staff were friendly and professional and everything was very clean. The roof top pool was a delight overlooking the city skyline.

Husband said Sports Bar was really nice and the Happy Hour when he had a couple of draft beers. Room Service and In House Dining Service were excellent and very quick. Room was lovely and well decorated. The hotel was in a good location to Meena Bazaar and Dubai Mall. The gentleman at Concierge was really helpful and allowed us to order food to be delivered to the hotel ie. Subway and Pizza. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Really had a lovely time. Thanks

The pool was a bit on the small side and sunbeds were taken up very quickly. On some days we had to sit at the table and chairs for about 3 hours to eventually get a bed. Could do with another pool or a bigger pool as everyone wants to enjoy the good weather especially as hotel is not on the beach.

Staff were so polite always willing to help. Excellend security and greeting staff always opening the door and flagging down a taxi for you. Apologised for ruining birthday suprise with cake and wine.

Ate at the asian restaurant on first night not sure what food on menu was, ordered chicken dish did not enjoy. Friend ordered suprise champagne to be delivered to room on my birthday morning did not come then they ruined it by ringing the room and came an hour later with something else. Not enough sun beds, people saving beds with towels from early morning is not fair.

It was our first trip to Dubai just passing by for 3 nights. Our aim was to stay in normal hotel for good sleep. As we got up very early and came back late we havent had anything that we didnt like.Room space ok,stuff works quickly and speaks very well english,russian,german.Also we tried some food and it was nice.I Liked fresh juice in the lobby and the girl who works there very quickly and honestly. The reception: They took my credit card and blocked about 600 euros or I could give them in cash until we check-out...I Have never seen this before but,may be ,they want to be secure that the client doest leave without paying the money after the stay:))) The internet is free only in the lobby for 1 hour per day and You have to use it in one connection.You cant use 5 min now and ,maybe,half an hour in the evening:)) But You can buy internet in the room and have it as long as You want it. The price for the internet is expencive: 1 day is about 20 euros( if I am not mixed). They have a shuttle bus which takes You to the beach and to Dubai Mall.Not bad. All in all the hotel is normal,nothing to complain about having in mind a very low price. And,yes: it is very nice to have 2 bottles of water every day and tea,coffee in the room.

The hotel and the stuff was ok.

The concierge was not helpful at all so i decide to make things on my own. Be carefull because they put 20% taxes on your bill for the city and the hotel.

The room and the very friendly and flexible service. We had dinner at the ginger and it was superb - service and food.

It was my second time in the hotel. I had visited it about one year ago. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast buffet has decreased substantially. The products were not fresh anymore, e.g. the muffins or the chocolate sauce. There were products missing which had given it the taste and feeling of a very special breakfast, e.g. variety of cheeses, Bircher Muesli (fresh), variety of bread. One year ago it was superb. Now it is just breakfast.

The internet is very costly. One hour is 30 Derhams. This is very stupid and the hotel management should change there policy about internet charges. we are coming to year 2014 and some hotels in UAE are still charging for WIFI.

Rooms were comfortable. One receptionist stood out above the others. Unfortunately she was moving hotels. Her name was Beverley. Ginger restaurant was very good.

Hotel not good for families . The rooms are not suitable for families at all. We had to get an upgrade . You say they are for 2 adults and 2 children up to 13 but they are not .

v efficient, friendly staff. extremely clean and comfortable. Good sized room. Equal distance between beach, bastikiya, down town. v nice hotel.

the pool was tiny for size of hotel and crowded before 10am. Free wifi should be available in room all the time, not just 1hr a day in lobby.

Room was excellent, large size and had a nice view of the Dubai skyline. Bathroom was really nice.

Location isn't fantastic but not a problem at all, just jump in a taxi as they are cheap enough. Swimming pool area on the rooftop is relatively small and occupied by families with children.

Ramada Jumeirah is a good hotel. Our first time in Dubai and would come back here. Check in was quick. Our room was cleaned every day. One day the air con was leaking went down to reception and the staff fixed it straight away. Location is good. Close to the airport and if u need a taxi the staff at the front door will always try and get you one. We never waited more than 5 mins for a taxi. The ginger restaurant and the pub in the hotel are both good. Very good food in ginger and nice pints in the pub. No complaints really the only thing I would say is that if you want sun loungers at the rooftop pool you have to be up there before 8:45.

Payable internet in rooms. 1 hour free internet in lobby only. If you forgot to put a little card on your bed to NOT change the bed linen, this would be changed everyday! The card should be ammended to state if the card is placed on the bed that the bed linen would be changed. More eco friendly that way. Shuttle bus stopped at around 5pm

An advantage that the Hotel arrange shuttle Bus (drop of & pic up ) with many stops and locations. Hotel offers a nice swiming pool.

We made a good choice. Hotel is new, with spacious rooms, very clean. Excellent Japanese/Thai restaurant. Bus service to local beach (5 minute trip) on time. Not far from Airport, Dubai Mall or Creek.
