Basically was looking for hotel for our family to spend the night, during a weekend shopping run from neighboring Oman... Staff was very helpful providing directions, as we got close to the hotel... Nice, quiet neighborhood, centrally located for our needs, plus near beautiful park with popular jogging track nearby, ...

Staff was very helpful. Facilities were clean and comfy, and as you'd expect from Holiday Inn Express brand.

Location was difficult to find. No eating/shopping locations in immediate vicinity. Airport pickup rates are exorbitant.

The good price, the ease of use, the helpful staff, although checking in and checking out was painfully slow

Accessible on our way since we had just came from Abu Dhabi. Safe parking area. Accomodated right away by hotel staff. Continental breakfast so far so good.

No drinking water served in the room. No free newspaper as compared to other hotels. Difficult to get taxi.

I felt like i was staying in a dorm (hostil), everything was do it your self. No drinkning water in the room, neither do they have water vending machines on the floors
